Who does 88Destinations work with?
We work primarily with international travel agencies, tour operators, DMC partners, corporate and MICE planners, educational organizers and specialist travel businesses. Direct-traveler enquiries follow a separate route.
Is 88Destinations a Saudi company?
Yes. 88Destinations is Saudi-owned and locally operated. The company was established in 2017 and is headquartered in Jeddah, with operational offices in Riyadh and AlUla.
Which parts of Saudi Arabia do you cover?
Our planning scope includes major Saudi gateways and regions including Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah, AlUla, the Red Sea, Aseer, Tabuk, Al Ahsa and the Eastern Province. Exact feasibility depends on the route, dates, group profile and required services.
Do you provide complete itineraries or ground services only?
Both. We can develop a complete program or coordinate defined services such as transport, hotels, guides, airport assistance, attractions, meals and on-ground operations.
Do you work with FIT and groups?
Yes. Our work includes tailor-made FIT, private groups, scheduled series, MICE, corporate, educational, technical and special-interest programs.

Can you adapt a sample program for our market?
Yes. Sample programs are starting points, not fixed mass-market packages. We review the source market, traveler profile, pace, dates, service position and partner requirements before adapting a route.
What information should we include in a brief?
Send the source market, dates or season, number and type of travelers, program duration, destinations, interests, required services and approximate accommodation or market position. An existing itinerary or client brief is helpful but not required.
Can you arrange educational, institutional or technical visits?
We can assess and coordinate appropriate requests. Access depends on the responsible institution or host and is not treated as confirmed before written approval is received.
Can you support MICE and corporate travel?
Yes. Support may include destination research, accommodation, transport, airport assistance, delegate movements, meetings, dinners, off-site programs, hosts and on-ground coordination.
Do you offer luxury or budget tours?
We can support premium requirements when they fit the brief, but 88Destinations is not positioned only as a luxury brand. We are also not a budget-tour provider. We design around the traveler profile, service requirements and market position, and explain the operational trade-offs that affect the proposal.
Can you combine Saudi Arabia with another country?
For selected partners, regional extensions may be coordinated through trusted relationships. Saudi Arabia remains our principal destination and operational focus. The regional service scope is confirmed for each request.

How do you maintain quality?
Sara Omar Bin Mahfoodh leads operations and quality control, supported by the founders and operational team. We closely supervise program preparation and delivery, develop young Saudi professionals and use data and AI-supported tools to improve efficiency under human oversight.
How quickly will we receive a proposal?
Response time depends on the complexity of the route, dates, group size and services requiring confirmation. After reviewing the brief, we provide a clear next step instead of relying on a universal turnaround promise.
Are services confirmed when they appear in a proposal?
Not necessarily. A proposal may include services subject to availability, price changes, permissions or host approval. Confirmed status is stated clearly during the booking process.
How should confidential traveler information be sent?
Do not send payment-card data or unnecessary sensitive passenger information through the initial enquiry form. Our team will provide an approved secure process when traveler details are genuinely required.
